Is it better to eat 4 or 5 smaller meals, instead of 3 larger meals?

Here i will discuss whether there is any difference in eating 5 smaller meals instead of 3 larger meals

At present there is conflicting evidence and opinions on whether spreading our diet over 4 or 5 smaller meals a day is more beneficial than eating 3 larger meals. Although some evidence has suggested eating smaller, more frequent meals can potentially help stave off hunger and help some people lose weight, this pattern of eating is not always suitable, or necessary for others. But essentially, there is no single right answer to suit everyone with regards to meal frequency.

Instead each person must consider several factors, such as time, working commitments, sport commitments, health conditions and family life, when planning their eating pattern. Yes 4 or 5 smaller meals a day may be beneficial for one person, it may not be achievable for another. The most important thing to remember is that we eat a sustainable, healthy and well-balanced diet!
