A Little Bit About Caitlin

My journey in the health industry started back in 2009 when I first started working as a physiotherapy assistant whilst undergoing my BSc Physiotherapy degree at Oxford Brookes University. Following my graduation in 2012, I spent my first two years completing a Sports Massage Diploma and providing services such as medico-legal treatment to a range of public sector organisations, before specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
During my my time working as a Physiotherapist I continued to attend further education courses including my MSC in Sports and Exercise Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University. Following my MSc and through my one-to-one experience I started to specialise in Sports Physiotherapy and working with those with a combination of health challenges and body composition goals like weight loss.
I have worked within the field of Sports Physiotherapy with local rugby, tennis and rowing clubs, and was the Lead Physiotherapist for Oxford University Women’s Lightweight Rowing Club (2016–2019). I have also worked with British Eventing providing physiotherapy for riders at Blenheim International Horse Trials.
